Koda Kumi is a singer, also songwriter from Kyoto in Japan. She debuted in the year 2000 with her single ‘Take Back’; she is most famous in Japan for singing her usual R&B and urban genres. She hadn’t become famous until Koda had released her seventh single named ‘Real Emotion’ this song became popular that was featured as the theme song for a popular series of games. The song was the theme song for the hit game ‘Final Fantasy X-2’. Koda started to grow popular after her fourth studio album. Koda Kumi is also responsible for a fashion style in Japan, in the early years of her career she started off with simple wears, making her a quiet image girl. But after changing styles to a more provocative image, she was setting trends for young girls. Koda has become a very respectable artist and continues to create amazing new music. She has released eight studio albums since her debut album released in 2002. Koda Kumi is one of the top selling artists in Japan and continues to create albums for our entertainment.
